36 Days of Type
Pushing Creativity, One Letter at a Time

36 Days of Type is a global challenge that invites creatives to design a letter or number each day for 36 days — and I jumped in to sharpen my 3D motion design skills. Using Cinema 4D and Redshift, I created a full alphabet of animated letterforms, exploring everything from surreal, abstract shapes to character-led compositions.

This self-initiated project became a creative bootcamp, pushing me to make fast design decisions and experiment with new techniques in hard-surface modelling, procedural animation, lighting, and rendering. The result is a cohesive yet diverse body of typographic work that reflects my sensibility as a freelance motion designer.

Whether you're exploring 3D typography, building motion design skills, or looking for inspiration, 36 Days of Type is a rewarding challenge. You can explore the full series on my site, where each letter includes a breakdown of tools and thinking behind the animation.
